We noticed this time around that Ben has made remarkable progress on his piano playing even in addition to his starting to learn the bass fiddle. I can't help but feel a little proud since those were the two instruments that I studied the most and spent the most time playing. In fact it made me a versatile dance band member. I'd normally play bass but if the piano player couldn't make one of our gigs, we'd drop the bass and move me to piano.Anyway, one of the reasons for Ben's increased progress appears to me a performance rewarded system whereby he earns computer time in direct relationship to practice time.
